The Estate has a range of very varied soils: marl with shell-bearing chalk and more or less sand, gravel hillside, Villafranca terraces, gravel beach-type soils.

There, in their most appropriate vineyards, on 5-wire trellises (6ft) while limiting the yield, we produce a wide range of grape varieties: Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Grenache, Dry Muscat, Viognier, Merlot, Cabernet-Sauvignon, Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault and old Carignan.

Our sumptuous traditional method of maturing the wine in oak barrels, and our harmonious blended white and red wines, part of our EXCELLENCE collection, are much appreciated.

Our vineyards enjoy a Mediterranean climate which ensures that the grapes are fully ripe, while our quick-draining soils, given that there is little rainfall in summer, limit production naturally. We also thin the grapes to limit yield.

These factors all hemp maintain the distinctive, highly reliable quality of all our well-balanced, smooth wines, with their intense aromas and well-defined structure.
