Of the original Estate you can still see the vast wine warehouses
and the remaining giant wooden vats. The winery has been extensively
modernised since installing the latest high tech equipment to
optimise the reception of the grapes and the wine-making process:
destemmers, refrigeration, filtration, stabilisation …
The cellar-work is traditional, the wines being matured in oak
casks.
